Order from your free result page. Payment is taken by Stripe, which emails you a receipt. Once Stripe confirms payment, the PDF is generated and emailed to you with a private download link, and it can also be downloaded from your private order page. A failed or incomplete payment never releases a report.

You normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service. Because the report is supplied straight away, we only start once you expressly ask us to and confirm you understand that you lose the right to cancel once it has been fully supplied. Neither box is ticked for you.

If we cannot supply the report, you are charged twice, or the report materially fails to match what is described here, email us quoting your order reference. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.
