How the figure is produced
- Every forecast publication writes a new dated row rather than editing the previous one.
- Database rules reject updates and deletes on the table, so the history is immutable once written.
- The register links each revision to the period it estimated and the confidence stated at the time.
What this figure cannot tell you
- The history starts from the date logging began — earlier forecast changes were not captured in this form.
- It records what was published, not the full internal working behind each revision.
