How the figure is produced
- Six dimensions are scored 0–100: complaint performance, tariff competitiveness, customer service, direct-debit fairness, consumer transparency and market stability.
- The overall score is the published weighted average of those six dimensions, using fixed weights.
- Only suppliers marked as published appear on the site; unpublished rows are held back for review.

- Scores summarise performance across a cycle and cannot predict an individual customer's experience.
- Conditional or time-limited incentives are excluded from tariff scoring so they cannot distort rankings.
